When Daniel and I got married he made me promise that we would go skiing every year. He has skied his entire life. Me on the other hand, I’ve been once when I was 7. That doesn’t even count. When our friends announced they were planning a ski trip we jumped on board. I was lucky to have Rachel, another newbie, to attend ski school with me.
Over a day and half of skiing I decided that it’s really not for me. I’m just not a fan the all the gear, especially the bulky boots! Riding the lifts was a little scary for me too since I’m not a fan of heights. But the scenery was beautiful.
Even though I didn’t love the skiing, it was a great trip with fun friends! Here we are at a sushi dinner.
